By using the NSFW Checker API or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

NSFW Checker provides an AI-powered image classification API that detects potentially unsafe content in images. The service uses machine learning and results are probabilistic — they are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the API only for content moderation and safety purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI model
• Not exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Not use the service to process illegal content
• Not resell API access without permission

Rate Limits

The free tier provides 100 requests per day per IP address. Exceeding this limit will result in a 429 (Too Many Requests) response until the daily reset at midnight UTC.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The AI model may produce false positives or false negatives. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Limitation of Liability

NSFW Checker shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to incorrect classifications, service downtime, or data loss.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
