What We Collect

When you use the NSFW Checker API, we process the image you send to determine whether it contains unsafe content. We do not collect personal information, email addresses, or require any account registration for the free tier.

Image Processing

Images sent to our API are processed entirely in memory on edge workers. They are never written to disk, never stored, and never logged. Once the AI model returns a classification result, the image data is immediately discarded. We have no ability to retrieve or review any image after processing.

Rate Limiting Data

To enforce daily request limits, we store a hashed version of your IP address alongside a request count in our infrastructure provider KV storage. This data automatically expires after 24 hours. We do not use this data for tracking, analytics, or any purpose other than rate limiting.

Cookies and Tracking

The NSFW Checker website and API do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services. We do not track your browsing behavior.

Third-Party Services

Our API runs on edge workers and uses edge workers AI for image classification. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both services may collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) as part of their infrastructure. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

Data Security

All API communications are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Images are processed in isolated memory environments and are never accessible to other requests or users.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
